Hello All! Where to begin...
This game has been a series of up and downs for me, I played Congo hard and with the intention of getting to the end and I did. I was proud of my game play and knew coming into this game it was the best of the best and was ready for the challenge. I love my fellow villains and looked forward to the opportunity to align myself with some former allies on the heroes tribe and a form some new alliances I was not able to before.
There was much talk of a female winner, but I found myself in a different situation as my loyalties from the beginning were with Ryan, Brendan and Julie, all the while knowing Julie wanted them out and Ryan wanted Julie out. Sandra became important in my alliance as well, I trusted her despite knowing she could flip at the merge. Earlier in the game I knew Heidi was a trusted ally of Julie's and along with Ryan and Brendan decided she would not make the merge. We all wanted Brianna out and the Eliza blindside was brilliant. Russell as well we knew would need to be voted out as he was a challenge threat and if he got to the merge if would be Congo all over again. Colby as well needed to go as he would side with Julie in the merge.
Once the merge hit I actually wanted to work with Rob, as I never really did in Congo, however, it just never seemed like we could fully trust each other. The merge was intense every round with Ryan being a constant target however my alliance survived until the final 5 and had it not been for an idol Lex would have gone home.
This game is not only about surviving each round by winning an immunity or being in possession of something that grants immunity when played but it is also about who is able to talk to other people and working together for a mutual benefit, socialize with people around them, win a few challenges here and there and I believe I have done all of those things in this game.
Thanks to Julie for being a true ally and Lex damn you!!! do you ever sleep? Both of you deserve the seat you sit in. Good luck to you both. Thanks to Tom, you have been as always as excellent host.
I look forward to your questions and will answer them honestly.
